Tournament Information

Welcome to Club Gold's Spring Tournaments

Entry fee is $200 per team.  Please write your entry fee check
payable to:  Tom Bottorf

And mail to:

Checks must be recieved by January 15, 2015 to hold a team's
entry.  Checks will not be cashed until 3 weeks before the event.

Teams that have not submitted a check will lose their place.  The
team's entry will be removed and openings filled on a first come
/first served basis.  Any cancellations will be handled following
the OVR protocol.    

Doors open at 8 am. Coaches' meeting is at 8:30 am. Play begins
at 9:00 am.

Camping space is available.  Bleachers are provided.

No coolers are allowed into the facility.  The club will run a
concession stand at the facility.

Awards given to the teams winning the Gold bracket final.

If severe weather is expected, we will cancel the tournament if
our area is under a Level 3 Emergency by 8:00 pm the previous
night.
