Checks should be mailed BY January 15th, 2014

Doors Open at 8:00am, coaches meeting will be at 8:30am.  Play
begins at 9AM.

Bleachers are available for spectators. You are able to bring in
personal chairs; however, they are not allowed on any playing
surface. 

There is a strict no outside food and no outside coolers policy. A
concession stand with healthy options will be set up for all
participants and spectators.  All coolers must be kept in your
vehicles.

The week prior to the tournament, all brackets will be posted on
the tournament site and sent to the participating coaches and club
directors.

Medals will be given to the first place team. 

Team or tournament Cancellation: Per the OVR, a team canceling
after the entry date deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament
date, will forfeit its entry fee.  A team canceling prior to the
entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if a
replacement is found. A team canceling from this tournament to
enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee. 

If for any reason the tournament will be canceled, a notice will
be displayed at the OVR Juniors Tournament list. Club directors
and/or coaches and officials will be contacted by phone and emails
as soon as possible.  Entry fees will be returned within 3 days of
the cancellation.
