• From 80/90:

  Take the Ohio turnpike to exit 59. Get off the exit and go South, you will end up on Reynolds Rd. Take Reynolds Rd. south to Dussel Dr. (the first intersection). Turn left onto Dussel. Immediately after Cornerstone Church turn left onto Market Place Dr. Go down Market Place until you see the signs for volleyball parking. The Premier Volleyball Academy is located in the Maumee Sports Mall.

• From 75 South:

  Take 75 North to exit 192(I-475 North/US 23). Travel north towards Maumee/Ann Arbor for ~7.3 miles. Take the Maumee/Dussel Dr./Salisbury Rd. exit. Turn right(East) on Dussel Dr., continue down Dussel Dr. and cross Reynolds Rd. Immediately after Cornerstone Church turn left onto Market Place Dr. Go down Market Place until you see the signs for volleyball parking. The Premier Volleyball Academy is located in the Maumee Sports Mall.

• From 475 North:

  Take 475 to the Maumee/Dussel Rd exit. Turn left(East) on Dussel Road to Reynolds Rd. Continue down Dussel Dr. and cross Reynolds Rd. Tournament Information

Age Divisions:  15R (2 courts)

Pool Information:  We will use the OVR tournament formats provided
based on the final number of teams entered in each division.  Pool
information will be out the Tuesday evening prior to the event.

Officiating:  All teams will have team officiating duties within
pool and bracket play.  Please be prepared to supply a down ref,
line judges, book-keepers, score-keepers and libero trackers for
when your team is officiating.  All officiating team members must
be USA Volleyball members.

Entry Fee:  $175.00 per team, please make check out to Premier
Academy and mail to address below

Doors will open at 7:45 am, play begins at 8:30 am

Coaches Meeting on Court 3 at 8:00 am

Awards:  If an age division has 12 teams, we will provide t-shirts
to the 1st and 2nd teams in Gold.  If the age division has less
than 12 teams, we will provide t-shirts to the 1st place team in
Gold.

Cancellation Policy:  We will cancel a tournament if there is a
Level 3 Snow Emergency in Lucas County at anytime within 24 hours
of the event.  Contact with club directors and coaches will be
made via email provided and we will post it on our website
homepage:  www.premiervolleyball.com, as well as on the OVR site
in the space provided.

Registration:  All teams can register via email with Stephanie
Harms at sharms@premiervolleyball.com.  OVR teams can register via
email and mail in a check (rosters will be provided online, so a
paper entry is not needed).  Non-OVR teams can register via email,
but they need to submit their roster with USAV membership numbers
with their entry check.  

Concessions:  We will have a full-service concession stand and
players, coaches and spectators are not allowed to bring outside
food or drinks into the facility.  Our food selections include,
but are not limited to the following:

Smoothies
Advocare Energy and Meal/Snacks Bars
Asian or Caesar Chicken Wraps
Turkey or Ham Sandwiches
Hot Dogs and Pizza
Soft Pretzels and Nachos
Bagels, Fruit and Muffins
Candy and Crackers
Pop, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Water, Powerade, Juice, Energy Drinks

Facility Rules:

No Chairs; Bleacher seating is available
No Blankets or Pillows; We do not have camping space
No Outside Food inside the facility
No Coolers inside the facility
No Tripods inside the facility
