Tournament Information

Entry fee is $175 US per team.  

Please reference the tournament date & team on the check and mail

Checks should be mailed by January 1, 2014.  Checks are not
deposited until the weekend of the event.  If you are entering
teams in multiple events, you may want to send a separate check
per event.

Format:
This tournament will follow the standard tournament formats posted
on the OVR website. 
Awards will be provided for the 1st & 2nd place teams. 

Misc Facility information:
1. Doors open at 8AM
2. Coaches meeting at 8:30AM (ct 5)
3. Play begins at 9AM
4. Please bring your own warm-up balls
5. Outside food & coolers are not allowed into the facility.  
6. A concessions with hot food will be available
7. Do not park on the south side of the building. That area is
fenced off & is locked around 10AM. If your car is in there when
it is locked, you will not be able to get it back out until the
next day. 
8. If severe weather is expected, please watch this space for
updates.
9. Steven Hinds &/or Jonathan Stonebrenner will be the Site
Director.
