50/50 raffle, and tournament programs.

Details of pool play- For the first round, teams from the same club, regardless of seed, should not be placed in the same pool. For pools of 4 teams, the best of 3 sets will win matches. Each non-deciding set will be won by the team 
that first scores 25 points with a minimum 2-point advantage (no scoring cap). If there is a deciding set, it will be won by the team that first scores 15 points with a minimum 2-point advantage (no scoring cap).

The first two matches of the second round will be played on the first day. The next morning the second round of pool play will finish and continue into playoffs. 

Playoff procedures- All teams advance. All teams must be ranked within their pools based on match percentage first. 
For any ties, use the tie-breaking procedure stated in OVR junior tournament packet. Top two teams in Pool AA and BB play in Gold tournament. Third and fourth place teams in Pool AA and BB play in Silver tournament. Top two teams in 
Pool CC and DD play in Bronze tournament. Third and fourth place teams in Pool CC and DD play in Copper tournament. 

Officiating procedures- When a team is assigned to officiate, they required to supply the following: one second 
referee, two line judges, one scorer, one assistant scorer/libero tracker, and one scoreboard operator. Coaches are required to sit at the table with their teams. No cell phones may be out at the time of officiating matches.

Site-specific rules and information- There is bleacher seating around courts as well as some room for additional 
chairs. Camping will be made available for teams on a 5th court at the end of the gym. There is an adult only lounge located upstairs that oversees the courts. Parents are welcomed to watch their players upstairs in a more peaceful 
and relaxing environment. The lounge has Internet access, a flat screen TV, and leather couches. 

Awards- Tournament Awards for first and second place in Gold bracket, and for first place in Silver. 

Concessions –Fantastic variety from local businesses and caterers. Full concessions will be available with a 
variety of fun and healthy options, no outside food for drink according to OVR rules. All coolers must remain in cars.

Cancellation policy- Teams will be notified via email regarding any changes in the tournament. If weather issues 
require tournament cancellation, Teams will be notified no later than 24 hours prior to tournament.
