Tournament Information
This is a FRIENDLY SCRIMMAGE event. Coaches or qualified players are expected to serve as R1 officials during their team's turn(s) at referee duties. AS OF 1/18/2017, THE START TIME FOR THIS EVENT IS 8:30AM AND PLAY WILL LAST UNTIL APPROXIMATELY 5:00PM. The entry fee is $100 US per team. Please write your entry fee check payable to "AIR CITY VBC" and mail to: Monte Moser 3037 Larue Drive Kettering, OH 45429 ATTN: 1/22/17 BOYS 12U/14U FRIENDLY Checks should be mailed by January 7, 2017. Checks are not deposited until the weekend of the event. If you are entering teams in multiple events, you may want to send a separate check per event. Non-OVR teams need to submit a tournament entry form with their entry fee checks. All player and coaching participants must be members of USA Volleyball via their regional association. Doors open at 7:45 am. Coaches meeting will be at 8:15 am in the main gym. Assuming 4-team pools, all teams should play a minimum of 4 matches. Awards will not be given. Seating is provided, but spectators may bring folding chairs if desired. A complete concession stand is available on-site. Proceeds will benefit the Northmont HS boys volleyball program. Coolers must be left in vehicles. If severe weather is expected, please watch this space for updates. If Montgomery County is under a level 3 weather emergency, the tournament will be cancelled. For any reason the tournament is canceled, a notice will be displayed on this page at the OVR Junior Tournament List. Club directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted via email as soon as possible. Entry fees will be returned.
