• From North or Northwest Ohio:

  Take I-75 south to US RT 33 west to Rockford or take US RT 127 south to US RT 33 west to Rockford.

• From East or Central Ohio:

  Take US RT 33 west to Rockford.

• From Southern Ohio:

  Take either I-75 to US RT 33 west to Rockford or US RT 127 north to US RT 33 west to Rockford.

Tournament Information

Teams may enter Parkway tournaments by sending an entry fee($175), 11 digit team id# and team contact(phone# and email) once I have confirmed your spot. Checks need to be in by January 15 to hold your spot. Checks should be made out to Parkway Athletics and sent to:

Parkway High School is located on the south edge of Rockford off of St.Rt. 118. Doors will open @8:00AM. Coaches should check in at concession stand upon arrival. Coaches meeting will be @8:30. Tournament starts @9:00. Pools for tournaments will be posted Tuesday night before tournament weekend. Warm-ups will be as follows: prior to a teams first match of the day, 15 minutes: 7 shared, 4 serving team, 4 receiving team. After your first match, 10 minutes: 2 shared, 4 serving team, 4 receiving team. Match schedule is as follows
Match #1 - 1vs3 (2 ref)
      #2 - 2vs4 (1)
      #3 - 1vs4 (3)
      #4 - 2vs3 (1)
      #5 - 3vs4 (2)
      #6 - 1vs2 (4)

For 4 court tournaments, top 2 teams in each pool go to gold, 3rd to silver and 4th to bronze. For 2 court tournaments, top 2 to gold and 3rd and 4th to silver. Losing teams must stay and ref next match during tournament play. 
No ball handling outside of gym. Coolers are prohibited in and outside of facilities hosting OVR sanctioned events. Full concession stand will be available all day. 
Courts 1,2,3 you can put lawn chairs along end of courts but do not block doorways. Court 4 will have bleacher seating. NO CHAIRS ON COURT 4.
No rowdy fans or coaches will be tolerated. If someone continually yells at officials, scorers, line judges or players, you will be removed from the facility.
Team cancellations: if a team drops out of tournament after holding a spot and no replacement team is found, you will lose your entry fee.
Tournament cancellation: if Mercer county is under a level 3 emergency, the tournament will be cancelled. A notice will be put on ovr web page. I will contact team rep as soon as can be possible. Your entry fee will be refunded.
