Directions

• From the North, Northeast, or East:
  Take US Rt 30 west to Van Wert. Exit at US Rt 127 south through Van Wert until you come to Fox Road. At that traffic light turn west (right) until you come to St Rt 118 "Shannon St." Turn south (left) and go 1/8 mile to school entrance.
• From the East, Southeast and South:
  Take US Rt 127 north until you come to the south edge of Van Wert. Turn west (left) at the traffic light at Fox Rd. Proceed west until you come to St Rt 118 "Shannon St." Turn south (left) and go 1/8 mile to school entrance.

Tournament Information

Welcome to Van Wert High School's 13 Regional tournament with
proceeds to go to the Van Wert Volleyball Team.  Entry fee is
$175 with checks made payable and mail to Vicki Smith, 2765 V.W.
Mercer Co. Ln. Rd., Willshire, OH 45898.

Tournament start time is 9:00 a.m. with coaches meeting at 8:30
and doors open at 8:00.

Tournament t-shirts will be on sale for $12.00. Names can be
printed on the back for $3. Sold while quantities last!!!

Chairs are allowed on Courts 1, 2 and 3 at the North end of the
gym only. Some bleacher seating is available at the sides of court
1 & 3, and at end of court 2. There will be seating provided on
court 4 and no chairs allowed in MS gym.

Pool play will consist of 4 pools of 4 teams with all teams
advancing to the single elimination playoffs.  The 1st and 2nd
place teams will advance to the gold playoffs, 3rd place teams to
silver playoffs and 4th place teams to the bronze playoffs.  All
teams are required to provide support officials.  Awards will be
given for 1st and 2nd place in the GOLD playoffs.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD is to be brought in unless it is just in a
players
bag.  We will have a full concessions stand with a large variety
of food items.  NO COOLERS TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE SCHOOL OR
SITTING OUTSIDE THE FACILITY..KEEP THEM IN YOUR VEHICLE.

The Tournament will be cancelled if Van Wert County is Under a
Level
3 Snow Emergency.  If your team is located in a level 3 Snow
Emergency County...your entry fee will be refunded.
