Tournament Information

Teams may enter Game Time Sports Center tournaments by sending an
entry fee ($175), team 11 digit ID#, and team contact name and
address by January 15th.

Enclose a check for $175 made payable to Game Time Sports Center.

Thank you for your interest in our tournaments.  Team rosters
will be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the
tournament.  Please make sure your coach is IMPACT certified.  A
coaches' meeting at 8:00 AM at the playing site will take place
prior to the start of the tournament.  

The tournament starts at 8:30 AM Sharp at Game Time Sports
Center.

All warm-ups will use the 2-4-4 format; 2-minutes shared court,
4-minutes Serving Team,
4-minutes Serve Receving team.  Teams may request the referee to
tell them when to serve, usually one minute.

T-Shirts will be awarded for Gold Division Winners as well as
second place in Gold division.  

Please note, the doors of the playing site will not be unlocked
until 7:30 AM at Game Time Sports Center, team camps will be
permitted in the camping area.  No teams will be
allowed to camp outside of these designated areas.  

Keep all coolers in cars.  Coolers are prohibited in and outside
facilities hosting OVR-sanctioned events.  Setting up tables
and/or cooking by teams or their support staff, fans, coaches, or
parents are prohibited at OVR-sanctioned events. 

A full concession with healthy choices will be provided at the
tournament site.

Bleacher seating for spectators will be provided. Limited space is
available for chairs. 

Tournament checks will be deposited January 15, 2011

Team/Tournament cancellation:  Per OVR regulations- a team
canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the
tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee.  A team canceling
does not forfeit its full entry fee
if a repacement is found.  A team canceling from this tournament
to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee.

If Champiagn County is under a level 3 Emergency, the tournament
will be canceled.  For any reason the tournament is canceled, a
notice will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list.  Club
directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted (phone,
email) as soon as possible.  Entry fees will be returned within 3
days of the cancellation.
