• From the North of Cincinnati:
  Take I-275 to exit #63A Newtown (OH-32 West).
  At the first traffic light, turn left onto OLD OH-74.
  At the next traffic light, turn left onto Mt. Carmel Tobasco Road.
  Stay on Mt. Carmel Tobasco approximately 0.8 miles.
  The complex is on the right.

• From Kentucky/South:
  Take I-275 to exit #65 Amelia/Beechmont Avenue.
  Turn left off of the exit.
  At the first traffic light, turn right onto Mt. Carmel Tobasco Road.
  Stay on Mt. Carmel Tobasco approximately 1.5 miles.
  The complex is on the left.

• The Facility has over 200 parking spots in the back. Do not park on the side of the building: cars parked there will be towed.

Tournament Information

ALL PLAYERS/COACHES ENTERED INTO OUR EVENT MUST BE A MEMBER OF
USAV, THIS IS A USAV SANCTIONED EVENT 

Doors open at 7 AM. Coaches will begin at 7:30 AM (rosters
verified). Tournament play begins at 8 AM sharp. All pools will be
set-up as per OVR guidelines:
Pool Play Format:
PLAY BEGINS @ 8AM
1 vs 3 (2)
2 vs 4 (1)
1 vs 4 (3)
2 vs 3 (1)
3 vs 4 (2)
1 vs 2 (4)

All pool play will consist of 4 teams per pool, rally scoring,
best of 3 first two sets/games to 25 points and a deciding
set/game if needed to 15 with a minimum 2 point advantage (no
scoring cap). Change sides when a team earns 8 points. (All
Standard Format)

Playoffs for 16 teams: 2 top teams in each pool move into GOLD,
All 3rd place teams into SILVER, All 4th place teams in BRONZE.
Single elimination format, losing team of the prior match must
stay and officiate the following match. Awards will be handed out
to the 1st and 2nd place teams in the Championship Match of GOLD.

Officials will be USAV Certified Officials. They will follow the
current guidelines of USAV.

Nothin But Net Facility Rules - As with most facilities ABSOLUTELY
NO OUTSIDE FOOD/COOLERS ALLOWED in the facility. Teams will be
penalized for bringing in outside food. Teams can eat outside by
the cars, but tables are not permitted to be set up. This includes
any heating/cooking devises. Outside chair are permitted, however
they must remain on the concrete. NO CHAIRS permitted on the
hardwood. We have bleacher seating available as well.

Nothin But Net has a very good selection of a variety of foods,
including but not limited to: fresh fruit, healthy snacks, subway,
Chik-Filet (Saturdays), Little Caesars, hot dogs, etc. 

Cancellation policy: 

Our tournament will only be canceled by weather for a level 3
emergency – which means drivers are not permitted on the
streets. Our facility and event will be open otherwise. A team
canceling after the entry deadline, will forfeit its entry fee. A
team canceling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its
full entry fee if a replacement is found. Phone or other expenses
incurred to find a replacement may be deducted from the entry fee
refund. A team canceling from one tournament to enter a different
tournament will forfeit its entry fee. If a team requests and
receives entry into a tournament but does not pay its entry fee,
the teams’ club will be fined the amount of the entry fee.
