• Driving north on SR-11:
  Take the ramp right for Tibbetts-Wick Rd toward Niles.
  Turn Left onto Tibbetts-Wick Rd / CR-28.
  Turn Left onto Shannon Road.
  High School is 1 mile away on the right-hand side.
• Driving south on SR-11:
  Take ramp right onto Tibbetts-Wick Rd toward Niles.
  Turn Right onto Tibbetts-Wick Rd / CR-28 then immediately turn left onto Shannon Rd.
  High School is 1 mile away on the right-hand side.

Tournament Information

Cost of the tournament is $175.
Checks should be made out to ‘Girard Volleyball’ and mailed to
908 Washington Avenue, Girard, Ohio 44420.

Doors open at 7:00AM
Coaches meeting 7:40 AM.
Play begins at 8:00AM.

This is a three net twelve team tournament with four teams on each
net.  The top two teams on each net and the two best third place
teams will advance to the Gold Playoff bracket in the main gym. 
The Silver bracket will consist of the three fourth place teams
and the third best third place team and will be held in the
auxiliary gym.

The winning team, in the first round of playoffs only, will
officiate the second match of playoffs and the losing team will be
free to go home.

All officials are expected to be at the coaches meeting at 7:40
AM.  Officials will be paid after all officiating duties are
complete and the game ball is returned to the tournament
director.

All teams will be expected to clean up there camp sites.  Eating
should be limited to the cafeteria and not hallways or in the gym.
 No coolers or tables permitted.  Outside food is permitted but
must be kept in the cafeteria.

T-Shirts and Medals will be given to the Gold Playoff champions. 
Medals will also be given to the Runner Up in the Gold Playoffs
and the Silver Champion.

Concessions will be available with both hot and cold foods.

Teams withdrawing from the tournament will be refunded there entry
fee if a replacement team is found.

All teams will be contacted in the event of tournament
cancellation due to inclement weather or any other unforeseeable
circumstances.
