Door opens at 8:00 AM. There is a mandatory coaches’ meeting at
8:30 AM. Officials are required to be present. The tournament
starts at 9:00 A.M. sharp. ALL COACHES ARE TO STOP AT THE
CONCESSION STAND TO SIGN IN AND CHECK THEIR ROSTER!

CAMPING 
The Camping area is restricted to players, officials and OVR/USVA
registered individuals. Ball Handling and Horse Play in the
camping area is not permitted. Camping area is restricted to

NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED. - Individual portions are allowed in
a player's bag.  

Keep all coolers in cars. Coolers are prohibited in and outside
facilities hosting OVR-sanctioned events. 

Setting up tables and/or cooking by teams or their support staff,
fans, coaches, or parents are prohibited at OVR-sanctioned
events.

This means NO TEAM BUFFETS.  Team buffets will be confiscated if
found.

A Concession stand will be available at the tournament offering
breakfast and lunch.   

Please bring chairs!  Please bring chairs!  Limited bleacher
seating.  Please bring your own balls and medical kit.  We will
have ice available, however we ask that you bring your own medical
supplies.  We will not have whistles for sale, please be sure that
all players are equipped with whistle.

Teams will officiate according the above schedule for pool play.

All first-place and second-place teams to the Gold playoffs. 
All third-place teams to the Silver playoffs.  All fourth-place
teams to the Bronze playoffs.  
Playoff positions on the tournament brackets will be based on
pool
finish to avoid 
teams from the same pool playing each other in the first round. 
The lowest seeded team in each division not
playing the first round of the playoffs will officiate the first
playoff match. Tournament play will be the best of three sets.
After the first round of the playoffs, all losing teams, before
leaving, must stay and officiate the next match. T-shirts will be
awarded to the winning Gold Bracket team. 

1. During each team’s full-court warm-up segment, the opposing
team may NOT practice with balls in the free zone surrounding the
court. Teams must go to their team bench. USAV rulebook, page 26,
7.2.2B

2. We will be adhering to the procedures and penalties for
support officials during pool play and tournament (Item 6.3)

3. Coaches and Player who are not complete with their
registration will not be permitted to participate in OVR
Sanctioned events.  


Team/Tournament Cancellation: Per OVR regulations- a team
canceling after the entry deadline will forfeit its entry fee. A
team canceling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its
full entry fee if a replacement is found. A team canceling from
this tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its
entry fee.
