Tournament Information

Entry Fee is $175 per team.  Please write your entry fee check
payable to:  Barberton City Schools-Volleyball

Checks should be mailed January 1, 2012.  Checks are not deposited
until a few weeks before the tournament.  If you are entering
teams in multiple events, please consider sending a separate check
for each event.  Please include a team ID number when requesting a
spot in this tournament.  
Once a team has been accepted in the tournament, it will lose its
entry fee if it cancels and a replacement team is not found.

SCHOOL (RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM HS)
POOLS 1 & 2 AT HS; POOLS 3 & 4 AT MS
Doors open at 7:30 AM.  Coaches' Meeting at 8:00 AM on Court 1 in
HS.  Play beings at 8:30 AM.
OVR 16 team format will be followed.

HS PARKING:  PARK ON LOT ON MORGAN STREET-NEXT TO TRACK & FIELD
COMPLEX
MS PARKING: PARK BEHIND MS AT 477 4TH STREET NW, BARBERTON 44203
Seating will be provided on all courts.  No folding chairs on main
gym floor!

Teams will be assigned camping areas.

Outside food & beverages will NOT be allowed in the facilities.
Personal coolers must be left in your vehicles.  A fully stocked
concession stand will be on site with a variety of breakfast &
lunch foods/beverages.


A volleyball vendor will have volleyball related merchandise
available for purchase from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Prizes will be provided for all 1st & 2nd place teams in the gold
division.

If severe weather is expected, please watch this space for
updates.

The director will assign officials for this event.
