Tournament Information

Coaches Meeting Time:  8:30 a.m. in Party Room (Behind Front
Desk)

Cancellation Policy:  All Club Directors will be notified through
e-mail, phone, and OVR Website if cancellation takes place.  All
PAID money will be returned within 72 hours of the tournament
cancellation.

Starting Time:  9:00 a.m.

Playoff and Officiating Procedures:  Pool Play begins at 9:00 a.m.
 4 Teams per Court, 2 Courts.  We will use three officials and all
officials calls are final.

Site-Specific Rules and Information:  We will play with "Pursuit".
 No Outside food or drinks may be brought into Kids America on the
day of OVR Sanctioned Tournaments.

Awards:  Medals will be given to the coach/director and to the
players of the 1st place team.

Concessions:  Concessions will be available from 9:00 a.m. - 7:00
p.m. at Kids America.  Hot and Cold food is served.
