Tournament Information

SEEDS #7, #8 & #9 had to be switched around to avoid playing teams
in your club.

Doors open at 8:00 am.  Coaches' meeting is at 8:30 am on
Court #1.  Play begins at 9 am.

Awards will be given to first and second place teams in the Gold
Division only.  

There will be no seating, bring a chair.

Outside food is not permitted in the facility.  We will be
hosting a concession stand for participants and 
spectators which includes PIZZA $1.25 per slice, SUBWAY COMBO'S @
$4.75 & Shredded Chicken $2.50,
etc.. Personal coolers must be left in your
vehicle.

TWO VENDORS WILL BE THERE:  NORTHCOAST VOLLEYBALL and Another one
selling jewelry and purses...
maybe even other sports stuff

Team/Tournament Cancellation:  Per OVR regulations:  A team
canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the 
tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team canceling 
prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee 
if a replacement is found. A team canceling from this tournament 
to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee.

Thank you for your interest in our tournament. Team rosters will
be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the tournament.
Please make sure your coach is IMPACT certified.
