• From the North (Erie, Buffalo, etc.):

  • South on I-79
  • Exit #31 (London - Grove City)
  • West on PA 208 approximately 9 miles
  • (Watch in Volant for right turn to stay on PA 208 into New Wilmington)
  • Turn left at stop light
  • Go 2 blocks, College is on the left

• From the South (Pittsburgh - or PA turnpike):

  • North on I-79
  • Exit #31 (London - Grove City)
  • West on PA 208 approximately 9 miles
  • (Watch in Volant for right turn to stay on PA 208 into New Wilmington)
  • Turn left at stop light
  • Go 2 blocks, College is on the left

• From the Pittsburgh International Airport:

  • North on PA 60
  • Exit PA 208 East
  • East on PA 208 into New WIlmington (approximately 4-5 miles)
  • Turn right at stop light
  • Go 2 blocks, College in on the left

• From the Turnpike:

  • Exit #3 at Perry Highway
  • Go North (US 19) 1 mile to I-79 North
  • On I-79, take Exit #31 Grove City)*
  • * Note: Same as from Pittsburgh

• From the East (New Jersey, New England):

  • West on I-80, Exit #2 (Mercer)
  • South on US 19 about 4 miles
  • West on PA 208 (At sign for New Wilmington)
  • Watch in Volant for right turn to stay on PA 208 into New Wilmington
  • Turn left at stop light
  • Go 2 blocks, College is on the left

• From the West (Cleveland, Akron, Youngstown):

  • East on I-80, Exit #1 South
  • PA 60 South to Route 18 Exit
  • South on Route 18 to PA 208
  • (Look for Cheesehouse near left hand corner)
  • Turn left (East) on PA 208
  • Follow 208 one mile into New Wilmington
  • Turn right at stop light (Market Street)
  • Go 2 blocks, College is on the left

• From the Southeast (Butler, Kittanning, Indiana):

  • West on US 422
  • North on US 79 approximately 12 miles to exit 31 Grove City*
  • * Note: Same as from Pittsburgh

Tournament Information

Entry fee is $150 US per team.  Please write your entry fee check
payable to:  Westminster Volleyball

And mail to:

Checks should be mailed by Feb. 1, 2009.  Checks are not
deposited until the weekend of the event.  If you are entering
teams in multiple events, you may want to send a separate check
per event.

Doors open at 7:30 a.m.  Coaches' meeting is at 8:00 a.m. in
the Hospitality Room.  Play begins at 8:30 a.m.

Bleachers are provided on court 1 
Bring your own folding chairs for courts 2 & 3

All OVR Rules will be followed for Pool Play and Play-OFFS.

No outside food or coolers are permitted into the facility. 
Westminster will be hosting a concession stand for participants
and spectators. 
There will be volleyball merchandise available for purchase.

Team Tournament Cancelation: Per OVR regulations- a team canceling
after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date,
will forfeit its entry fee. A team canceling prior to the entry
deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is
found. A team canceling from this tournament to enter a different
tournament will forfeit its entry fee. 

If Lawrence County is under a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament
will be cancelled. If the tournament is cancelled for any other
reason, a notice will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament
list. Club directors and/or coaches and officials will be
contacted (phone, email) as soon as possible. Entry fees will be
returned within 14 days of the cancellation.
