• From the east:
  I-90 West to SR 91. Take a right at the exit stay on S.R. 91 for about 2 miles. Take a left at Curtis Blvd. Go staight through the stop sign. The club is located on the left.
• From the south:
  Take I-271 North to I-90 west to S.R. 2 East to the S.R. 91/Eastlake Exit. Take a left onto S.R. 91. Take a left on Curtis Blvd. Go straight through the stop sign. The club is located on the left.
• From the west:
  I-90 east to S.R. 2 East to the S.R. 91/Eastlake Exit. Take a left at the light onto S.R. 91. Take a left onto Curtis Blvd. Go straight through the stop sign. The club is on the left.

Entry fee is $170 US per team.  Please write your entry fee check

Checks should be mailed by January 15, 2009.  Checks will be
deposited two weeks prior to the event.  If you are entering teams
in multiple events, you may want to send a separate check per
event.

Doors open at 7:00 am each day.  Coaches' meeting is at 7:30. Play
begins at 8 am. 

Please Bring your own chair.  There are areas on the outside of
all courts for spectators.  

No outside food is allowed into the facility.  Ultimate Fitness
will
be hosting a concession stand for participants and spectators. 
Personal coolers must be left in your vehicles.

Awards will be given to the first place team only.

Team/Tournament Cancellation: Per OVR regulations, a team
canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the
tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team canceling
prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if
a replacement is found. A team canceling from this tournament to
enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee. 
 
If Lake County is under a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament will
be cancelled. For any reason the tournament is cancelled, a notice
will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list.  Club
directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted (phone,
email) as soon as possible.  Entry fees will be returned within 3
days of the cancellation.
