Directions

• From all directions, get onto I-480 East or West. From the East get off at West 130th street. Turn left and proceed across Brookpark Road and go 3/4 of a mile. Corporate Drive is on the left. OhioNets Sports Complex is the last building on the right.

• From the West, get off at the Brookpark road W150th, W130th Street Exit. Turn left and go 500 feet to W130th Street. Turn right and go 3/4 of a mile. Corporate Drive is on the left. OhioNets Sports Complex is the last building on the right.

Site Rules

Outside food and coolers are not allowed at OhioNets. There are several rows of seats next to the courts, so folding chairs are not needed.

Format

We have ten Boys 18/17 teams and six Boys 16s teams.  My plan is
to play the Boys 18/17s in a complete round robin with each team
playing the other 9 teams across two days.  So all teams will play
9 matches.

The Boys 16s will play only on Saturday and will play the other 5
teams.  So they will play 5 matches.


Entry fee is $330 US for 18s division teams and $165 for 16s
Division teams.  Please write your entry fee check payable to:

Checks should be mailed by January 1, 2009.  Checks are not
deposited until the weekend of the event.  If you are entering
teams in multiple events, you may want to send a separate check
per event.

Doors open at 7:00 am each day.  Coaches' meeting is at 7:30 am on
Saturday only on court #2.  Play begins at 8 am.

Seating is provided.  Do  not bring your own folding chair.  Very
little camping space is available.

No outside food is not allowed into the facility.  OhioNets will
be hosting a concession stand for participants and spectators. 
Personal coolers must be left in your vehicles.

Tournament format will attempt to get each team as many as 7
matches for the weekend.  

If severe weather is expected, please watch this space for
updates.

For those teams playing at the OVR WinterFest on February 7th and
8th in Columbus, Ohio State University's Men's Volleyball Team
will play George Mason at 7 pm on that Friday night (February 6th)
at St. Johns Arena.  All OVR players, coaches and spectators are
welcome to watch.  Admission is free.  For a copy of the
