NOTE: There is a $5 per day fee for parking, that does not permit rentry if you leave; a $14 two day pass allows you to come and go.

Doors open at 8:00 am each day. Play begins at 9 am.

No outside food is not allowed into the facility. Personal coolers must be left in your vehicles. Spectators are encouraged to bring their own folding chairs.

2009 OVR Boys Championships Procedures and Site Rules

Team rosters must be verified. Please initial all changes and sign on the bottom of roster (which will be handed out at the coaches’ meeting) , and present to OVR staff BEFORE you play your first match – mandatory!

For championships and larger tournaments, we will use the “previous loser” will stay and ref the next match. :

If you notice any errors in game results or posting, please alert the OVR staff immediately so that it can be corrected before we proceed.

Below are the Columbus Fairgrounds’ site rules and regulations. Violations of the rules and regulations will result in disqualification and elimination from the event of the offending teams and/or individuals, including parents. 1. No coolers or food may be brought into the building by players or parents. (The center has food concession) Personal coolers are requested to be left in you vehicles. 2. No passing volleyballs in hallways or concessions areas. Warm-up time will be provided on the court before the match. 3. No smoking in gym areas or hallways. 4. There are no shower facilities. 5. Keep all chairs far away from any court or playable areas. (Parents may bring their own chairs.) 6. Only certified vendors may sell clothing, shirts, shoes, etc. with approval from the Commissioner. 7. Put all trash in containers provided by the staff. 8. Doors open at 0800am each day. Play begins at 0900am. Coaches’ meeting is at: 0830am in front of tournament desk 9. No charge for admittance to site. 10. NOTE: the courts will be in the Voinovich Livestock / Trade Center.
