Doors open at 7:30 am (they are on an automatic timer and will not open before then).

We will be utilizing our school facilities as well as our community center facilities. These buildings are separated by a parking lot, so please plan accordingly for weather because you may need to walk outside.

 

Coaches meeting will be 8:00 am (Saturday only).

Tournament begins at 8:30 am.

You need to bring your own warm up balls with you.

Pool play is the best of three sets with rally scoring. Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point advantage (no scoring cap.)

The deciding set will be to 15 points with a minimum two-point advantage (no scoring cap.)

All warm-ups will use the 2-4-4 format; 2-minutes shared court,

4-minutes Serving Team, 4-minutes Serve Receiving team.

After the first pool is completed, teams will be re-pooled and

will play the first two rounds of the second pool on Saturday.  Sunday

after the second pool is completed, all teams will go to either

Gold, Silver and Bronze playoff bracket.  

 

Match order for the first two rounds is listed below: 

8:30 a.m.  1 vs. 3 (2) 

9:15 a.m.  2 vs. 4 (1)

Prizes will be awarded to the 1st & 2nd place winners in Gold.

Coaches and Players who are not up to date with their registration will not be permitted to participate in OVR Sanctioned events.  

Only USAV members may be in the playing area to assist with warm-ups.

During each team's full-court warm-up segment, the off team should offer to help with retrieving balls.

 

Each team will camp in the designated camping area - Please look for the signs in your playing location.

 

Concession stand will be open at 9:00am - THERE WILL ONLY BE 1 CONCESSION STAND LOCATION IN THE HIGH SCHOOL SCHOOL COMMONS. NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED. 

Keep all coolers in cars.

Coolers are prohibited in and outside facilities hosting OVR-sanctioned events. 

NO TEAM BUFFETS, in or outside our facility.

 

There will be a $5 admission fee for all adults at each entrance.
