Spectators 18 and older $5 admission

Doors will open at 7:00am 

Pools A and B will be in the High School. Pools C  will be in the Middle School. Both buildings are on same campus. Pool AA and BB will be at HS and Pool CC will be at MS.  Gold Bracket will be played at High School,and Silver at Middle School. 

Team rosters will be downloaded from the OVR website the Friday before the tournament. Please make sure your coach is IMPACT certified. There will not be a coaches' meeting PLEASE CHECK IN ONLINE. Warm-ups are at 8:15 am. The tournament pool play starts at 8:30 AM sharp. 

 

Pool Format:

For two rounds of 3 team pools, the best of 3 sets will win matches. Each non-deciding set will be won by the team that first scores 25 points with a minimum 2-point advantage (no scoring cap). If there is a deciding set, it will be won by the team that first scores 15 points with a minimum 2-point advantage (no scoring cap)

Team/Tournament cancellation:

Teams withdrawing after JANUARY 15, 2023 are responsible for the full entry fee unless a replacement team is found. A team that withdraws within 30 days of the tournament date will forfeit its entry fee. 

If Morrow County is under a level 3 Snow Emergency, the tournament will be canceled and all entry fees will be refunded. Tournament site info:

The doors of the playing site will open at 7:00 AM. Visiting team camps will be in the designated hallway. Keep all coolers in cars. Coolers are prohibited in and outside facilities hosting OVR-sanctioned events. Setting up tables and/or cooking by teams or their support staff, fans, coaches, or parents are prohibited at OVR-sanctioned events. A full concession stand with reasonable prices will be provided at the tournament site.

We have bleacher seating.   No outside chairs.
