• From 77N or 77S: Exit at The Akron/Canton Airport. Go to the traffic light and make a right onto Lauby Rd. At the next stop sign, which is Greensburg/ State St., go right. Take that to the second traffic light and go left onto Cleveland Ave. The facility is on the left hand side. Elite Sports Ohio is approximately 6 miles from the airport exit.

Tournament Information

Thank you for considering Elite Sports for your 2023 Tournament Schedule. We are headed into our 17th season, and pride ourselves on running top quality events, with ample staffing and professional services. Here are some details about this tournament and please don’t hesitate if there is a question our staff can answer for you. The cost of this tournament is 400.00.  This includes both sessions.

 

Checks should be made payable to: Elite Sports Ltd And mailed to: 11035 Cleveland Ave NW Uniontown Ohio 44685 Checks for each entry should be Received Prior to January 9th 2023. Make sure your paperwork includes your team OV code and best contact information. You are welcome to call in with a credit card for payment, this service is $7.25 per entry to cover credit card fee.

Everyone will have played all opponents in round-robin format.

 

The winner is top in the league by set %, then points.

 

Prizes will be awarded in each division.  The Winner will receive a League Champion Shirt and runner up a 2^nd place shirt.

Doors will open for ticketed spectators only at 7:15 Coaches Meeting will be at 7:35 Doors will open at 7:45 am to purchase tickets for the day Play begins promptly at 8:00 for the AM Morning Wave: 

 

Doors will open for ticketed spectators only at 1:45. Coaches meeting will begin at 2:05 and Doors will open at 2:15 to purchase tickets for the afternoon wave.  Play begins at 2:30 PM

 

We utilize Hometown Ticketing and information will be available on our website box office https://www.elitesportsohio.com/page/show/6953188-box-office and through a direct link that will be sent to coaches the week of the event. Tickets for Fans 6 and up will sell for $8.00 each. Children under the age of 6 and players holding a OVR registration of any age, admitted for free.

 

 

 

 Players will be permitted in with one bag each. There are shelves to keep your bags stored while you are on court. There is no camping. All items left unattended, off shelves, will be disposed of. This includes items left at the conclusion of the tournament. Spectators are limited to a purse only, no large bags or totes and no chairs. Bleacher seats are permitted, as long as they remain with you during the day.

 

 

Outside Prepared Food is NOT to be brought into the facility. Drinks and bagged snacks are permitted at this time. There is a State Licensed Restaurant on site that serves great quality, healthy food options, and a concession stand that remains open the duration of the event.

 

Everyone is expected to adhere to posted guidelines. Guidelines are for the health, safety and so everyone has an enjoyable day. We strive to keep our facility clean and safe and have expectation that as a guest you will respect our policies, so you can enjoy a fun, full day watching your athlete. ______________________________________________________________________

 

Coaches: We provide Balls and Carts. Do not bring yours. On Wednesday prior to the event, you will receive an email with more tournament details. Please share this with all your parents. Please make sure someone from your team is versed in how to keep the book. We will certify but we will not teach book. Make sure all your certifications are up to date and your roster is checked prior to the meeting. We want to insure an on time start and if you do not have your certifications you cannot coach, per OVR guidelines.
