Include your team(s) OVR number and tournament date(s) with your payment.

 

Doors open 8:00 am, Coaches meeting 8:30 am,

Tournament begins at 9:00 am.

You need to bring your own warm up balls with you.

Pool play is the best of three sets with rally scoring. Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point advantage (no scoring cap.)

The deciding set will be to 15 points with a minimum two-point advantage (no scoring cap.)

All warm-ups will use the 2-4-4 format after the first two matches.

All first-place and second-place teams go to the Gold playoffs.

All third-place teams go to the Silver playoffs.

All fourth-place teams to the Bronze playoffs.

Prizes will be awarded to the 1st & 2nd place winners in Gold.

Coaches and Players who are not up to date with their registration will not be permitted to participate in OVR Sanctioned events.  

Only USAV members may be in the playing area to assist with warm-ups.

During each team's full-court warm-up segment, the off team should offer to help with retrieving balls.

Each team will camp in the designated camping area.

 

Concession stand will be open at 8:00 am

 

NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED. 

Keep all coolers in cars.

Spectators will need to bring chairs, there is no bleacher seating.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any team canceling prior to the tournament will forfeit its entry fee unless a replacement team is found. Any team canceling from this tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee.

If the City of Elyria is under a level 3 snow emergency, the tournament will be cancelled.  If for any reason the tournament is canceled, a notice will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament List. Club directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted via email as soon as possible.
