Cancellation Policy: A team canceling will forfeit its entry fee unless a fully paid replacement team is found.  A team canceling from this tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee.

Concessions: A FULL CONCESSION IS PROVIDED. NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS PERMITTED   

Spectator Seating: Bleacher seating available for all courts. Absolutely NO lawn chairs will be allowed.

Camping: Please keep all camping in the cafeteria. Absolutely no ball handling outside the playing facility.

Spectator Conduct: Spectators will be issued 1 warning for bad behavior, spectators will then be removed from play if they continue to be an issue. Depending on severity of first offense spectators can be removed.

Pool play format: 3 courts, 4 referees, 12 teams, 28 matches 3 pools of 4 teams

For pools of 4 teams, the best of 3 sets will win matches. Each non-deciding set will be won by the team that first scores 25 points with a minimum 2-point advantage (no scoring cap). If there is a deciding set, it will be won by the team that first scores 15 points with a minimum 2-point advantage (no scoring cap).

Tournament format: All teams advance. All teams must be ranked within their pools based on match percentage first. For any ties, use the tie-breaking procedure below. All first-place, second-place, and the top two third[1]place teams to the Gold playoffs. The remaining third-place and all fourth-place teams to the Silver playoffs. Playoff positions on the tournament brackets will be based on pool finish to avoid teams from the same pool playing each other in the first round. To avoid third-place teams playing a team from their pool for the first tournament match, a tournament director can choose to switch best third[1]place and second-best third-place teams on the tournament bracket if both teams consent to the change.

Please make sure your coach is IMPACT, SafeSport and Concussion certified. Coaches who do have completed certifications will not be allowed to coach per OVR Rules.

Weather Related Cancellations/Delays: If Logan County issues a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be cancelled. A notice will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list.  Club directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted by phone or email as soon as possible.  Entry fees will be returned.
