• From Columbus: US-23 South to US-35/US-50 East, merge onto US-50 East, go approximately 5, miles turn right onto Lancaster Road.
• From Cincinnati: I-71 North to OH-435/US-35 (EXIT 65) to US-35 East, merge onto US-50 East, go approximately 5, miles turn right onto Lancaster Road.

Tournament Information

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION:

We will have assigned team camps in the Cafeteria.   Spiketown will aslo be selling volleyball merchandise at each tournament. 

Do NOT bring food in from outside. We will have a full concession with good and healthy choices. NO eating in either gym. All eating must be done in the cafeteria. Please eat with your team and team spectators.

Team rosters: Will be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the tournament. 

Doors open: 7:30am

Coaches/Officials meeting: 8:00am  

Play begins no later than: 8:30am

FACILITY INFORMATION:

Spectator fee: $5.00

Seating is provided. Do not bring chairs. Camping space is available in the cafeteria. Coolers are NOT permitted. Outside food is NOT permitted. We will have a full menu concession including healthy choices.   

Team/Tournament cancellation:  Per OVR regulations - a team canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team canceling from this tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee.

If Ross County is under a level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be canceled. For any reason the tournament is cancelled, club directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted by phone or email as soon as possible.
