Tournament Information

Thank you for your interest in our tournament. Team rosters will be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the tournament. Please make sure your coach is IMPACT, SafeSport, and Concussion certified. Coaches who do have completed certifications will not be allowed to coach per OVR Rules.

Admission will be $5 per non-rostered adult (19 years of age and older) at the door.

Please bring your own warm-up balls.  Spectators will need to bring their own chairs.

Doors open at 7:30 AM. A coaches' meeting at 8:00 AM at the playing site will take place prior to the start of the tournament. The tournament starts at 8:30 AM Sharp.

 

Please note, the doors of the playing site will not be unlocked until 7:30 AM. Team camps will be permitted in the assigned spots. No teams will be allowed to camp outside of these designated areas.

A full concession with reasonable prices will be provided at the tournament site.

Team/Tournament cancellation: A team canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team canceling does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found. A team cancelling from this tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee. If Licking County is under a level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be canceled. For any reason the tournament is canceled, a notice will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list.
