Checks should be received by December 5th, 2022 but will not be cashed until January 2nd (you can post-date them if desired).  Cincy East reserves the right to move teams to the waiting list if entry fees are not received by 12/5/22.

Team rosters: Will be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the tournament.  

 

Doors open:     7:30am

Gate Fee: $10 for 19+

Coaches/Officials meeting: 8:00am

 

Play begins: 8:30am

Teams will officiate according to the above schedule for pool play.

Tournament bracket will be set and begin immediately following pool play.

1st and 2nd place teams in Gold will receive awards. 

 

FACILITY INFORMATION:

Seating is provided on all courts. Limited space is available for rubber footed chairs.  Camping space is available on ends of large courts for teams or wherever else designated that day for teams. Please do not take up space in the stands with athlete’s backpacks or seating to leave room for spectators.  Coolers not permitted in building but may be left outside.  Elite Athletics facility has a full menu concession area including healthy choices.  (Sandwiches, grilled chicken, fresh fruit, smoothies, bars, chips, and Powerade).

Team/Tournament cancellation:  Per OVR regulations- a team canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee.  A team canceling does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found. A team canceling from this tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee.

 

If Clermont County is under a level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be canceled.  If for any reason the tournament is canceled, a notice will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list.  Club directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted (phone/email) as soon as possible.  Entry fees will be returned within 3 days of the cancellation.
