Tournament entry fees are due in hand by January 15. If payment has not been received, the team entered can be removed and given to a team on the waitlist. Any team dropping from the event after requesting entry will be required to pay the entry fee should a replacement team not be found.

Spectator fee is $ 5.00/day (19 years of age or older).

Tournament will begin at 8:00 AM, coaches meeting at 7:30 on Court 1. Doors will open at 7:00 AM. 

The 15 Regional division will play on courts 1,3,5, The 13 Regional division will play ion courts 2, 4, 6.

This tournament will follow OVR format for each 12 team tournament (8 teams to gold, 4 to silver).

Pool Play and Work Assignements are as follows. Match 1: 1 vs. 3 (2) Match 2: 2 vs. 4 (1) Match 3 :1 vs. 4 (3) Match 4: 2 vs. 3 (1) Match 5: 3 vs. 4 (2) Match 6: 1 vs. 2 (4)

Awards will be given to the Gold Champion and Runner Up teams in the both divisions. 

There will be a full concession stand available as well as t-shirt and apparel sales. 

No outside food or large coolers will be permitted in the facility. 

In case of inclement weather, tournament cancellation updated will be posted here, and club directors will be contacted directly via email and/or text message.
