Doors open at 7:00am for COACHES and PLAYERS ONLY.

Coaches meeting time: 7:30am

Spectator Entry: 7:40am

Starting time- 8:00am

 

Entry Fee: 5 dollars at the door upon entry. CASH ONLY.

 

Details of pool play-For pools of 4 teams, the best of 3 sets will win matches. Each non-deciding set will be won by the team that first scores 25 points with a minimum 2-point advantage (no scoring cap). If there is a deciding set, it will be won by the team that first scores 15 points with a minimum 2-point advantage (no scoring cap).

Playoff procedures-All teams advance to play offs. All teams must be ranked within their pools based on match percentage first.

Awards- Tournament prizes for 1^st and 2^nd place in the Gold bracket.

Officiating procedures- When a team is assigned to officiate, they required to supply the following: one second referee, two-line judges, one scorer, one assistant scorer/Libero tracker, and one scoreboard operator. Coaches are required to sit at the table with their teams. No cell phones may be out at the time of officiating matches.

Site-specific rules and information- There is bleacher seating around courts as well as upstairs viewing from the concession area. NO OUTSIDE CHAIRS ARE ALLOWED. Please note that bleachers are metal and can feel cold in the winter so bleacher pads or seats are suggested for spectator comfort. We ask you to be courteous and only occupy the bleachers when your athlete’s team is playing. There is limited standing room, however you must Camping will be made available for teams on a 5th court at the end of the gym. NO BALL HANDLING IN THE CAMPING AREA

Concessions – NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK. Please do not bring in Panera, Chipotle, etc. We do understand that the athletes will have snacks. Full concessions will be available with a variety of fun and healthy options through out the tournament.     The upstairs lounge area concessions will open early and serve hot food 11:00 am until 3:30pm.  and the front desk will have drinks and various snacks the entire tournament.   All coolers must remain in cars.

Cancellation policy- Tournament or Site - REQUIRED CANCELLATION All team entry fees, in FULL, are required to be returned within 10 days.
