Tournament Information

Thank you for your interest in our tournament.  Team fee is $235.  Pool play and finals based on OVR

format for 16 teams.  First and second place winners from the gold bracket will receive medals. Match order will
be as follows with team in ()ref.

The facility doors open at 7:00 AM. Admission fee $5 per person. Admission is CASH ONLY at the door.

There is a mandatory coaches meeting at 7:30 AM on court 1. The tournament starts at 8:00 A.M. sharp. 

Team camping assignments will be posted in the lobby entrance.  Teams will be camping upstairs around the track area. 

NO COOLERS ALLOWED in the facility per OVR rules.  Keep all coolers in cars. Individual portions are allowed
in a player's bag.  A small concession stand with a variety of hot/cold foods is available from 8-3:30. 

Some bleacher seating is available.  Chairs are allowed to be placed in designated areas.

In case of inclement weather, club directors and coaches will be contacted by email for any delays or cancellation.
