• From the east

  • I-70 west to I-675 South.
  • Take I-675 South to Rt-725 (Miamisburg/Centerville), Exit 2. o Turn left at stop light at the top of the exit on Yankee Street.

2023 AiR CiTY CHiX 15R, 4-COURT TOURNAMENT

Doors Open: 7:30 am (EST)
Coaches' Meeting: 8:05 am (EST)
Tournament Start Time: 8:30 am (EST)

PARKING: Parking is available in the paved lot in front of South Metro Sports, in the gravel parking area that is the next driveway AFTER the paved lot, and along the street on Success Lane. PLEASE NOTE: there is NO PARKING ON THE GRASS anywhere in the vicinity; any campers and/or RVs MUST PARK in the GRAVEL parking area and NOT in the paved lot; there is no "tailgating" permitted in any of the above-mentioned parking areas or on the grass of the premisis. When parking on the street, please park WITH the flow of traffic on your side of the street (facing the direction that traffic is going). This info is per the owner of South Metro (which is not AiR CiTY CHiX) - failure to comply with these parking regulations could result in your car being ticketed or towed!

Concessions: Available on-site. Outside food and drinks ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THIS BUILDING. If you bring in outside food/drink, you will be asked to leave the tournament!

Spectator Admission & Seating: There will be a $5 admission fee for all spectators who are 19 years old or older. Bleacher seating is available on each court and limited floor space is available for outside chairs. Please note that chairs are NOT permitted on the sport court surface.

For this event, Court #1 is the court closest to the gym entrance; Court #4 is the court furthest from the gym entrance.

Playoffs: All teams advance. All first-place and second-place teams advance to Gold playoffs. All third-place and fourth-place teams advance to Silver playoffs. Playoff positions on the tournament brackets will be based on pool finish so teams from the same pool will not play one another in the first round.

Awards: Presented to Gold Playoff Bracket winner and Gold Playoff Bracket runner-up.

Weather Related Cancellations/Delays: If Montgomery or Warren County (in Ohio) issue a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be cancelled. If the tournament is cancelled, a notice will be displayed on the AiR CiTY CHiX website (www.aircitychicks.com). Club coaches/directors and assigned officials will be contacted by phone via the phone number we have on file. Entry fees will be returned within one week of the cancellation.

Cancellation Policy: Any team/club cancelling AFTER JANUARY 15, 2023 will forfeit its entry fee unless a replacement team is found. If a team requests and receives entry into a CHiX tournament but does not pay its entry fee, the team's club will be fined the amount of the entry fee.
