Cancellations

COVID 19

• Tournament or Site Required Cancellation- all entry fee, in full, are required to be returned within 10 days

• Team Cancellation- when a TEAM must withdraw from an event due to required quarantine/cancellation, NO REFUND of the event entry fee will be required of the event host. Every effort will be made of the host to replace the team withdrawing and refund of entry fee made possible.  A PARTIAL REFUND may result from this effort.  Many tournament directors have made a “reduced entry fee proposal” to entice a late entry.  The difference in cost must be returned to the withdrawn team.

Cancellation Policy

• A team cancelling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team cancelling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found. Phone or other expenses incurred to find a replacement may be deducted from the entry fee refund. A team cancelling from one tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee. If a team requests and receives entry into a tournament but does not pay its entry fee, the team's club will be fined the amount of the entry fee.

Weather Related Cancellations/Delays

• If Logan County issues a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be cancelled.  If the tournament is cancelled, a notice will be displayed BLHS Volleyball Twitter Page (@BLHSVolleyball).  Club coaches/directors and assigned officials will be contacted by phone via the phone number we have on file.  Entry fees will be returned within 10 days of the cancellation.

Spectator Seating: Bleacher seating is available on each court.

• Court 1(Pool A) and Court 2 (Pool B) in High School Gym- bleacher seating only available

• Court 3 (Pool C) in Middle School Gym- bleacher and commons area seating

Gyms: Benjamin Logan has 2 gyms on the same campus within walking distance, but if you are playing on Court 3 (Pool C) it may be more convenient to park at the middle school.

• Court 1 (Pool A) and Court 2 (Pool B) are in the High School Gym.  Court 3 (Pool C) is in the Middle School Gym.

Playoffs: All teams advance to bracket play. All first-place, second-place, best third place team, and second best third place team advance to the Gold Bracket and fourth-place teams advance to Silver Bracket. Playoff positions on the tournament brackets will be based on pool finish, so teams from the same pool shouldn’t play one another in the first round.  Pool play records and brackets will be posted and updated regularly.  

Awards: Presented to Gold Playoff Bracket Winner & Runner-up and Silver Champions.

No outside food will be allowed.  We will have an affordable variety available at our concession stand.

Admission: We will not be charging admission, but kindly ask that you spend money at our concession stand.

Tournament t-shirts: A limited number of tournament t-shirts will be available for purchase for $15.

Tobacco: Benjamni Logan is a tobacco and drug free campus.  Absolutely no tobacco use in the buildings.  This includes any type of vape devices.
