Friendship Tournament at Cedar Point Sports Complex

Dooors will open at 7 am. Coaches meeting will be at 7:30 am. Matches start at 8 am.

Please have your players wear a shirt with a number on it. This will help us with training scorers. You do not need identical uniforms.

Spectator admission:

$5 per day for all individuals 19 years and older.

Admission tickets can be purchased either the day of the tournament or prior to the tournament.

COVID PROTOCOLS: 

At this time, I haven't been made aware of any local Health Dept. restrictions. However, all participants and attendees must recognize that there is an inherent risk for COVID exposure in any public setting.  If you are concerned with risk for exposure, you may choose to not participate in this event.  If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms prior to your arrival, PLEASE STAY HOME.  If you experience any of these symptoms during the event, PLEASE STAY IN YOUR HOTEL ROOM OR AT HOME.  If any of these symptoms occur during competition, PLEASE DEPART the competition hall is timely as possible.  If you have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please adhere to recommended guidelines for quarantining.

· Cough

· Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

· Fatigue

· Muscle or body aches

· Headache

· New loss of taste or smell

· Sore throat

· Congestion or runny nose

· Nausea or vomiting

· Diarrhea

Checks should be mailed by January 1, 2022.  Checks are not
deposited until the weekend of the event.  If you are entering
teams in multiple events, you may want to send a separate check
per event.

Non-OVR teams need to submit the following entry form with their

We will be charging a spectator fee of $5 per peson 19 years old or over .

Assuming five team pools, all teams should play 4 matches on
Saturday.

Because this is a professional officials training site, matches
will be one set to 25 points and then one set to 15 points
switching courts at 8 points.  This helps with training scorers on
both types of sets.

Some seating is provided.  Bring your own folding chair.  

Outside food is not allowed into the facility.  The facility will be
hosting a concession stand for participants and spectators. 
Personal coolers must be left in your vehicles.

If severe weather is expected, please watch this space for
