Tournament Information

Thank you for considering The Root Sports & Fitness Center for your team’s tournament schedule. 

The entry fee for this tournament is $225.00.  There will be a spectator admission fee of $10.00 for individuals 19+ years of age.

Checks should be received prior to January 15th, 2022 and include OV Numbers and best contact info.  

This is a 10 team tournament and we will be following the standard USAV Format:

Doors open at 8:00 am

Coaches meeting at 8:35

Play begins at 9:00

We provide awards for the Gold Bracket champions and runner-ups.

In case of inclement weather, we will follow the OVR's cancellation guidelines. We will note cancellations on the OVR website.

The Root is a brand-new facility that features: high ceilings, great lighting, plenty of seating for spectators, a concession stand, live and on-demand streaming service through LiveBarn, etc...  We accept credit cards for spectator admission fees and concessions.  (visit www.rootgallia.com for additonal information on the location)
