Tournament entry fee and t-shirt sizes are due by February 4th, 2022.  Please include the 11-character team code with entry fee.

Tournament Site Info:
The doors of Deerassic Park Education Center will open promptly at 7:30AM. Please enter the entrance marked "Education Center". 
Team camps will be in the designated camping room in the Education Center. A full concession stand will be provided on-site. 

All Seating will be provided in the gymnasium.  NO personal chairs are permitted. (This is to protect our gym flooring)

The use of any ball outside the gymnasium is PROHIBITED while inside the building. 

***Additionally, our Welcome Center will be open throughout the day for teams and spectators to enjoy.  There is no additional charge.***  

Coaches:
A coaches’ meeting will be at 8:00am in the Coaches/Officials Room off of the gymnasium and will take place prior to the start of the 
tournament.  Coaches must attend to verify & sign their roster.  Team rosters will be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the
tournament.  Please make sure your coach is IMPACT certified.  Warm-ups are at 8:15am.  Tournament pool play will begin promptly at 
8:30am.  

Pool Format
Pool play is the best of 3 sets with rally scoring.  Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points wiht a minimum two-point advantage (no scoring cap).
The deciding set, if needed will be to 15 points with a minium two-point advantage (no scoring cap).  All warm-ups will use the 2-4-4 format: 
2-minutes shared court, 4-minutes Serving Team, 4-minutes Receiving Team.  Teams may request the referee to tell them when to serve, 
usually one minute.  Awards will be given to the first and second place team in each division.

1st Pool A vs. 1st PoolB (3rd pool A) on Court 1
2nd Pool A vs. 2nd PoolB (3rd Pool B) on Court 2
3rd Pool A vs. 3rd PoolB (Court 1 previous loser) on Court 1

Teams will officiate according to the above schedule for pool play.

Tournament Format
All teams will be ranked within their pools based on match percentage first.  For any ties, use the OVR tie-breaking procedure.  All teams will
advance to the Gold Bracket with the 1st place team from each pool earning a bye.  

The tournament will be best of 3 sets with rally scoring.  After the first round of the playoffs, all losing teams, before leaving, must officiate
the next match.  

Spectators:
Currently, Deerassic Park Education Center is not limiting spectators.  However this is subject to change if the COVID guidelines set by our
County Health Department require us to limit the attendance of indoor events.  Any changes will be posted closer to the date of the event.
