Checks should be mailed by January 14, 2022.  Non-OVR teams need to submit a tournament entry form with their entry fee checks.

 

Doors open at 7:30 am each day. Coaches' meeting is at 8:00 am on Court 1. Play begins at 8:30am.

 

Bleacher seating is provided. No outside chairs allowed.

 

Courts 1 and 2 will be to your left as you enter the gym, and camping for those courts will be beyond court 1.

Courts 3 and 4 will be to the right as you enter the gym, and camping for those courts will be beyond court 4.

 

I'm sorry if this next part is confusing . . . The address is 1098 N Ellsworth Ave. Salem, OH 44460, but there are two buildings and two entrances. You'll want the Salem CenterPlex entrance, not the Salem Community Center entrance. The CenterPlex entrance is closer to 10th Street, whereas the Community Center entrance is closer to 12th Street.

 

If we run out of parking at the CenterPlex, you can park at the Community Center, and there is a sidewalk over to the CenterPlex.

 

Assuming four team pools, we will be following the normal 16 team tournament format.

 

Outside food is not allowed into the facility. Salem Community CenterPlex will be hosting a concession stand for participants and spectators. The concession stand will be cash or check only. We will have tournament shirts available for purchase as well.

 

Personal coolers must be left in your vehicles.

 

COVID Protocols

At this point, there will be no mask requirements for the facility. However, please check back frequently as those requirements could change. DO NOT attend if you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of COVID. DO NOT attend if you are supposed to be quarantined. Each team's coach will be required to submit the OVR COVID tracing form upon arrival.
