Once accepted, teams will be posted on the OVR website.
Teams are accepted once registration & payment has been received.

Format

Pool play, followed by bracket play - at least 4 matches. Matches will begin at 8:00am, and run on a rolling schedule.

Arrival, Check in, and Coaches’ Meeting

Doors open for spectators at 7am.

There will be a coaches’ meeting at 7:30am. Coaches will check in their teams, sign their rosters, and report to their courts.

We suggest using Value City Furniture as your google map address.  FHUSA parking lot is directly behind that store.
You will enter ONLY from the FieldhouseUSA parking lot.
The mall entrance into FieldhouseUSA will be closed!

Seating
Seating is provided – no outside chairs are allowed
There will be no team camping area. Players will need to put their belongings in a bag behind the bleachers, or with a parent.
NO food or drink (except water) is permitted on the hardwood or bleachers.
There are seats available off the courts for eating or drinking.

Concessions
Our concessions stand is currently open beginning around 10am; and the mall opens between 11-12pm.  We do have vending machines for drinks, and bottle fillers as well.  Outside food is allowed; however, NO large coolers or lunch set ups, and no outside food delivery services. ONLY WATER is allowed on the hardwood playing surfaces.  There is space available in the concourse for eating and drinking.

 

Tickets

Tickets are $10 (including fees) and must be purchased online prior to arriving.
NO tickets will be sold at the venue, online only.
Tickets must be carried in, scanned, and approved before entering.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Each person with a ticket will receive a wristband for in/out privileges. 
Parking is free.

Tickets will go on sale beginning at 12am on April 19th.
