Acceptance & Hotel Information

Acceptance Policy/Criteria: Teams will be accepted as payment is received and as space allows. Registration DOES NOT guarantee acceptance to the tournament.  Payment must be received in order to be accepted. Only accepted teams will be posted on the OVR website and AES.

Housing information will be given to PAID and ACCEPTED teams only. We recommend teams make their hotel reservations as early as possible.

 

Ticket Sales

Tickets will be $10 per day, and they will be sold ONLINE only.  Tickets must be purchased prior to attending the tournament.

Each team will be able to roster no more than 2 staff members and 15 players.  Rostered members do not need tickets.
        (A staff member is a rostered member registered with USAV/OVR)

There are no spectator limits at this time.

 

Venue Information & Streaming

Bleachers are provided, no outside chairs allowed. (Bleacher cushions are permitted).  Concessions are provided, no outside food/drink/coolers allowed.
