AES Playing Schedule

 

The players will be able to bring in their volleyball bags, but spectators will need to have clear bags. Blankets are fine. We are cashless at our concession stands, but we have cash to gift cards. I have provided a link to more information about the cashless below. You can purchase them before coming to the arena or we will have an area on site for gift cards as well. We do not control any of the parking around, it is all city owned and you pay by the hour. There is no outside food or beverage, but things that are medically necessary we can’t turn away.

Planned Playing Schedule: All schedules and updates will be available via AES the week of the event. Below is a tentative time table
Friday, March 25

No Coaches Meeting
6 pm - midnight: 18 and 16 Regional play first round pool matches

Saturday, March 26
7:00 - 7:30 am: 14 and 15 Regional teams: No Check-in or meeting.
8 am - 2 pm: 15 and 14 Regional play first round pool matches

8 am - 2 pm: 15 and 14 Regional play first round pool matches
2 pm - 5 pm: 15 and 14 Regional play first three matches of second round pools

5 pm - 11 pm: 18 and 16 Regional play second round pools

Sunday, March 27
8am-10am 15 and 14 Divisions finish final three matches of second round pools
11am-Noon 15 and 14 Divisions will begin Bracket play

11 am and 1pm 18 and 16 Divisions will begin Bracket play

All times are tentative and are subject to matches preceding them being on time.

No outside food is allowed in the facility. A concession will be available for participants and spectators.

Coolers must be left in your vehicles.
