Coaches and players will be able to get into the facility at 7:15am. Spectators will be able to get into the facility at 7:30am

Admission for Spectators: Daily: $8 a day

Spectators: 7 spectators per team will be allowed. Coaches will recieve a code so parents can purchase tickets.

 

Outside Seating

No outside seating is allowed in the building. Cedar Point Sports Complex provides plenty of seating for spectators. No outside seating is allowed to be brought in. If you have "bleacher seating" a seat that sits on top of a bleacher with back support, those are allowed!

 

Facility Signage

Signs will be posted in and around the facility.  Additional staff will be on hand to help ensure a safe environment.

 

 

Facial Coverings

Spectators must wear a facial covering at all times. Masks are Mandatory the entire time you are in the facility! No exceptions! Only players actively participating in a match must not wear a facial covering.  Coaches and scorekeepers must wear a facial covering at all times. Anyone with a facial covering health exemption will be allowed to attend without wearing a facial covering, but will be asked to show proof of an exemption.

 

Food

•No outside food or beverage allowed with the exception of individual water bottles for athletes. Concessions will be open for both groups on site.

 

Saturday Entering the Facility: 

Coaches, Players and Covid Coordinator can enter the facility at: 7:15am
(Coaches and Covid Coordinator will be checking in to get wristbands)
Players can head to their courts.

Spectators can enter the facility at: 7:30am

Coaches Meeting at: 7:30am by the rock climbing walls front desk, near
the front doors. 


Sunday Entering the Facility: 

Please note games on Sunday start at 7:30am

Coaches, Players and Covid Coordinator can enter the facility at:
6:45am

Spectators can enter the facility at: 7:00am

 

Parking:

Free parking is available at the facility. Please regard facility signage.

Additionally, do not park in the fire lanes under any circumstances and do not park illegally and block someone in. Violators will be towed at the owner’s expense.

 

 

Teams may enter tournaments by sending an entry fee ($450) and team 11 digit ID#.

There will be a guarantee of 7 matches or their equivalent; 2 rounds of pool play and single elimination tournament bracket.

Team rosters will be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the tournament. Please make sure all players and adults on your roster are registered and have the proper certifications.

A coaches’ meeting at 7:30am at the playing site will take place prior to the start of the tournament. The tournament starts at 8:00 am sharp.

Saturday will consist of the first round of pool play, re-pool teams for the second round and play the first, second & third matches of the second round. Sunday will consist of the remaining matches of the second round and single elimination bracket play.

4-team pool play is the best of three sets with rally scoring. 3-team pool play is the best of five sets with rally scoring. Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point advantage (no scoring cap.) The deciding set, if needed, will be to 15 points with a minimum two point advantage (no scoring cap.)

Seating for spectators will be provided in the gymnasium. No outside seating is allowed!

COVID 19 Team/Tournament Cancellation:
 
Tournament or Site - REQUIRED CANCELLATION
All team entry fees, in FULL, are required to be returned within 10
days.
 
Team Cancellations: When a TEAM must withdraw from an event due to
required quarantine/cancellation, the following policy will be
enforced.
 
NO REFUND of event entry fee will be required of the event host. Every
effort must be made of the event host to replace the team withdrawing
and refund of entry fee made possible.
 
A PARTIAL REFUND may result from this effort. Many Tournament Directors
have made a “reduced entry fee proposal” to entice a late entry. The
difference in cost must be returned to the withdrawn team.
