Tournament Information

Thank you for your interest in our tournament! The entry fee is $200 and should be made

out to "Shelby Volleyball Boosters" and sent to:

All pool play, finals and officiating will follow OVR format and rules. Awards will be given to first and second place teams in the gold bracket.

Pool Play brackets will be posted on the Wednesday before the tournament. 

Courts 1 and 2 will be in the main gym and court 3 will be in the Auxillary gym next to the building. There is a small blocked path for you to walk through, about 10 steps from building to building.

 

Facility doors will open at 7:00 AM. Coaches meeting will be held on court 1 at 7:30. Pool play will begin at 8:00 AM sharp.

 

Bleacher seating is available in the main gym and no chairs will be allowed. The Aux gym has some bleacher seating but chairs can also be brought in.

 

No coolers are allowed inside the facility per OVR rules. A concession stand serving hot and cold items will be available for reasonable prices!

 

If there is a delay or cancellation due to weather, the OVR site will be updated and club directors and coaches will be emailed. This will be only if Richland County is under a level 3 snow emergency.
