Tournament Information

Teams may enter Benjamin Logan tournaments by sending an entry fee($200), 11 digit team id#, 
and a team contact(phone# and email), once I have confirmed your spot. 
Checks need to be in by January 15 to hold your spot.

Benjamin Logan Schools are located 7 miles east of Bellefontaine on State Route 47 East. Doors will open @ 7:30.
Coaches should check in at concession stand upon arrival to check rosters.
Coaches meeting will be @ 8:30. Tournament will start @ 9:00. Pools for tournament will be posted by
Tuesday night before tournament weekend.

Warm-ups will be as follows:
Prior to teams first match of the day, 15 minutes: 7 shared, 4 serving team, 4 receiving team.
After teams first match, 10 minutes: 2 shared, 4 serving team, 4 receiving team.

 Match schedule is as follows:
  Match #1 - 1vs3 (2 ref)
        #2 - 2vs4 (1)
        #3 - 1vs4 (3)
        #4 - 2vs3 (1)
        #5 - 3vs4 (2)
        #6 - 1vs2 (4)

First-place, second-place, and the top two third-place teams go to the Gold playoffs (Courts 1 and 2). The 
remaining third-place and all fourth-place teams go to the Silver playoffs (Court 3). 

Prizes for First Place in Gold and Silver brackets.  
No ball handling outside of gyms. Coolers are prohibited inside and outside of facilities during OVR events.
A full concession stand will be available all day.

Courts 1 and 2 will be in the High School Gym.  You can put chairs at end of courts, but do not block entry way 
into the gym and only one row deep with chairs.  Court 3 will be in the Middle School Gym (located behind the HS) Gym) will have bleacher seating and LIMITED lawn chair seating. 

No rowdy fans will be tolerated. If someone continually yells at officials, work crew or players, you will be 
removed from the facility and an incident report will be filed with the OVR.

Team cancellations: If a team drops out of tournament after holding a spot and no replacement team is found,
you will lose your entry fee.

Tournament cancellations: If Logan County is under a level 3 emergency,the tournament will be cancelled. 
I will put a notice on the OVR web site and will contact the team rep as soon as possible. 
Your entry fee will be refunded.
