Tournament Information:

Doors open at 7:00 am each day. Coaches' meeting is at 7:30 am.
Play begins at 8:00 am.

Checks should be mailed by January 15, 2015. Please supply your

character team code as soon as you have defined them.

Teams will be placed in 4 pools of 16 teams which will be posted
on
Tuesday the week of the tournament. Top two teams from each pool
will
go to gold and the third place team from each pool will go to
silver and 
the fourth place teams will go to bronze. 

Awards will be given to the 1st and 2nd place teams in the Gold
division.

Chairs are NOT permitted in the gymnasium. Bleacher Seating is
available. 
Chairs are permitted in the Auxiliary Gym as there is NO seating.
Pools A and B 
will be played in the Main gym and Pools C and D will play in the
Auxiliary gym. 
In addition the Gold bracket will be played in the main gym and
silver and bronze
will be played in the Auxiliary gym.

When you enter the building, please proceed to the camp site as
designated by the 
site director. Signs will be posted. 

Outside food is not allowed into the facility. A concession stand
will be available.

If severe weather is expected, please watch this space for
updates.
