Tournament Information

*** This is a two-day challenge tournament ***

Entry fee is $400 US per team.  Please write your entry fee check
payable to:  Zenith Volleyball

Checks should be mailed by January 1, 2015.  

Doors open at 8:00 am each day.  Coaches/Officials meeting is at
8:30 am near court #1.  Play begins at 9:00 am.

All teams should play 4 matches. Awards will be given for 1st &
2nd place of the Gold bracket.

Playing schedule will follow the OVR format for a two-day
challenge tournament. 

Notes:
1. Bring your own folding chair.  
2. Outside food is not allowed into the facility.  Ultimate Sports
Center will be hosting a hot food concession stand for
participants and spectators. 
3. Personal coolers must be left in your vehicles.
4. Warm-up balls are provided at the facility.  
5. Please do not park on the south (left) side of the building. If
you do, your car will be locked in the gated area until Monday. 
6. If severe weather is expected, please watch this space & the
OVR website for updates.
7. Steven Hinds &/or Jonathan Stonebraker will be the Site
Director.

To enter, please email me your team name & OVR code. This will
hold your team's spot.  However, you spot is not officially
secured until I receive your payment. If your team cancels, you
are obligated for the fee until a replacement is found.  If no
replacement is found, your team will lose their entry fee.
