THERE WILL BE TWO WAVES OF PLAY EACH DAY. 

Saturday
AM Wave: 8AM - 2PM: 13U & 14U
PM Wave: 3PM - 8PM: 16U & 18U 

Sunday
AM Wave:  8AM play begins: 13U & 14U
PM Wave:  1PM play begins: 16U & 18U
End times depend on how well the team finishes

Doors open at 7:00 am each day.  
Morning wave:  Coaches' meeting is at 7:30am near court #1.  Play
begins at 8:00 am.
Afternoon wave: Coaches' meeting is at 2:30pm near court #1.  Play
begins at 3pm.

Notes:
1. Bring your own folding chair.  
2. Outside food is not allowed into the facility.  Ultimate Sports
Center will be hosting a hot food concession stand for
participants and spectators. 
3. Personal coolers must be left in your vehicles.
4. Warm-up balls are provided at the facility.  
5. Please do not park on the south (left) side of the building. If
you do, your car will be locked in the gated area until Monday. 
6. If severe weather is expected, please watch this space & the
OVR website for updates.
