Tournament Information

Doors open at 7:00 AM,Coaches meeting at 7;30AM  with pool play
starting as soon as the coaches meeting is over.
Pools
1 & 2 (as well as gold divisions) will play in the high school. 
Pool 3 (and silver division) will play in the junior high at the
west end of the parking lot.

Pool play, playoff procedures, and officiating assignments for a
12 team tournament will follow standard OVR tournament formats
found at
http://www.ovr.org/juniors/tournament_packet/JTP_Tournament_Format_12.pdf.
 All first and second place teams from pool play along with the
best two third place teams will go to the gold tournament
bracket.
 The remaining third place team and all fourth place teams will
compete for silver.  Awards will be given to 1st and 2nd place
teams in gold division.

Coolers are not permitted inside or outside the doors of the
buildings.   A concession stand will offer a variety food,
including healthy food choices for players.   All food must be
eaten in the high
school cafeteria or junior high lobby area where tables are
provided.
Bleacher seating is available in Junior High only , chair seating
in the High School. and chairs may be
placed in designated 
areas for viewing.   No chairs may be plbled in frontof bleachers
on in areas 
designated as no-seating areas.  Ample trash cans will be
provided
around the 
facility.  All trash should be disposed of properly.   Teams
should leave camp
areas clean.  

Cancellations due to weather will follow OVR guidelines, and will
be posted by 6 AM the morning of the tournament.  Teams
cancelling from playing in this tournament will be subject to the
guidelines under 4.5 of the OVR tournament procedures handbook.
