Tournament Start Time:  8:30 AM

Pools will be posted on the Tuesday before the scheduled
tournament. We will follow the 12 team format set up by the OVR.
Assuming a 12 Team Tournament (4 team Pools):

No outside food or drink allowed inside Westerville Central.
People with food allergies can approach our staff for more
information on this ruling. Concessions with hot/cold food and
drink will be available throughout the tournament. All coolers
must be kept in your vehicle. No team dishes are allowed.

Chairs will be permitted in the main gym (pools 1 & 2), but
bleacher seating will be provided in the auxiliary gym (pool 3).
There will be camping space available for the teams outside of
gyms. Signs will direct teams where they will camp upon day
arrival. 

Advancement Academy or Westerville Central is not responsible for
any lost or stolen items.

Please park and enter in the east parking lot of Westerville
Central, the parking lot directly in front of the football field.
