Directions

Sports Express is located on State Route 741 (Kings Mills Road) in Mason.

• Heading north on I-71 from Cincinnati, take Exit 25 (Kings Mills Road). Turn left off the exit and go 4 stop lights. (about 0.8 mile) Make a right into the Shoppes of Mason. Sports Express is located in the big grey building that sits behind Blockbuster Video.

• From I-75 heading south from Dayton, take the Monroe exit 29 (St. Rt. 63). Turn left off the exit and head east for 3 miles. Turn right on St Rt 741 and go south for 5.5 miles. You will come to a large intersection with Kroger's on your left. Make a left in front of Kroger's and then make another left at the first light. This is the entrance to the Shoppes of Mason. Drive straight back, Sports Express sits behind Blockbuster Video.

Concessions: Full menu on-site, including, healthy options, deli
and chicken sandwiches, pizza and smoothies. Outside food and/or
coolers are not permitted in the building.

Spectator Seating: Bleacher and lobby seating is available on-site
and on each court. 

Awards: Presented to Gold Playoff Bracket winner and runner-up. 

Cancellation Policy: A team cancelling after the entry deadline,
14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee.
A team cancelling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its
full entry fee if a replacement is found. Phone or other expenses
incurred to find a replacement may be deducted from the entry fee
refund. A team cancelling from one tournament to enter a different
tournament will forfeit its entry fee. If a team requests and
receives entry into a tournament but does not pay its entry fee,
the team's club will be fined the amount of the entry fee.

Weather Related Cancellations/Delays: If Warren County (in Ohio)
issue a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be cancelled. If
the tournament is cancelled, a notice will be displayed on the
Elevation website (www.elevationvolleyball.com). Club
coaches/directors and assigned officials will be contacted by
phone via the phone number we have on file. Entry fees will be
returned within one week of the cancellation.

Tournament Format: Pool Play as listed per OVR guidelines. 

Playoffs: All teams advance. All first-place and second-place
teams advance to Gold playoffs. All third-place teams advance to
Silver, and all fourth-place teams advance to Bronze. Playoff
positions on the tournament brackets will be based on pool finish
so teams from the same pool will not play one another in the first
round.
