Tournament Information

Thank you for participating in our tournament.  

Teams may enter by sending entry fee, team 11 digit ID #, and
contact name and phone
number.  Entry fee is $175 per team.

Please note that this is a new school this year.  It sits behind
the old high school at 109 West Smiley Ave.

The 12R Tournament will be in the Main Gym.  The 11U Tournament
will be in the Auxillary Gym.

The tournament will start at 8:00AM.  Facility doors will open at
7:00AM.  Coaches meetings will be held at 7:30AM on court 1. 
Tournament play and officicating will follow the OVR formats. 
Team rosters will be downloaded by Wednesday the week of the
tournament.  Awards will be given to first place
winners in the Gold Divisions.

Coolers are not permitted in the facility per OVR regulations.  A
concession stand will be available offering hot and cold items.

Bleacher seating is available in the main gym.  Chairs are NOT
permitted in the
gym.

Chairs are permitted in the auxillary gym as no bleachers are
available.  

If severe weather is expected, please watch this space for
updates.  If a tournament is canceled, a notice will be displayed
on the OVR Junior Tournament list.  Club directors, coaches, and
officials will be contacted by email.
