deposited until the weekend of the event.  If you are entering
teams in multiple events, you may want to send a separate check

Doors open at 7:00 am.  Coaches' meeting is at 8:00 am.  Play
begins at 8:30 am.

Assuming four team pools, all teams should play 3 matches in pool
and at least 1 match in the playoff bracket depending upon how far
into the elimination bracket you advance.

Seating is not provided.  Please bring your own folding chair. 

Outside food is not allowed into the facility.  Game Time Sports
will be
hosting a concession stand for participants and spectators. 
Personal coolers must be left in your vehicles.
